Marvin Wiernik Lipiec
Marvin Wiernik Lipiec is a founding member of Córdoba & Wiernik Attorneys. He studied Law at the University of Costa Rica where he graduated with honors in 2002. He has been a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 2002.
Mr. Wiernik focuses in the real estate needs of the Law Firm’s clients, helping both individuals and corporations that wish to acquire a property in Costa Rica. He has vast experience in dealing with Maritime Zone properties (beach-front properties), bringing the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica within reach of our clients.
With over 20 years of experience dealing with the Costa Rican Immigration Agency, he is the ideal attorney to handle the immigration needs of all the Law Firm’s clients that wish to obtain legal residency in Costa Rica, or require work permits. Mr. Wiernik also oversees the Law Firm’s corporate services. He helps set-up businesses in Costa Rica, and advises corporate clients in a wide variety of matters.
